For almost 40 years, the British Columbia Schizophrenia Society (BCSS) has provided programs and services to support families affected by schizophrenia. 2019 and 2020 were no exception. The organization had to develop new ways to provide support, while managing the short and long-term consequences of a global pandemic.
Like many other organizations, BCSS adapted its 2020 annual general meeting into a virtual event. Massif was approached to produce a compelling video to complement the event’s annual report.
Through the use of motion graphics and animation, the video addresses common misconceptions about schizophrenia, while also highlighting some of the successful programs and services. The resulting video not only provides the audience with broad overview of the organization’s success, but also acts as a thank you for the continued support of its staff, donors, volunteers and partners.
