Massif Creative partnered with the Student Affairs office at Capilano University to produce a series of 11 engaging videos promoting key student services. Intended for use during student recruitment, orientation programming, and year-round communications, the campaign highlighted essential resources, from the Registrar’s Office and Counselling Services to Indigenous Education and the Your Early Support (YES) Program, through clear, student-centred storytelling.
The videos were hosted by three enthusiastic CapU students and filmed against iconic campus landmarks, pairing informative messaging with natural b-roll of student interactions and everyday academic life. This approach ensured the content felt relatable, welcoming, and easy to navigate for both domestic and international students, while reinforcing a sense of belonging and encouraging help-seeking behaviour.
The result was a flexible, accessible video series that serves as a go-to reference resource, helping new and current students gain a clearer understanding of the services available to support their success at CapU.
